To confirm your booking, we require a deposit payment as specified in the agreement. This deposit secures your spot in our design schedule and allows us to allocate the necessary resources to bring your vision to life.

Our payment is structured in 2 parts:

-25% non-refundable at the time of booking

-75% at the start of the production phase

Once the retainer is received, we will begin the design process. We will have an in-depth look at your vision and overall aesthetic to craft your dream stationery.

You then have up to five rounds of complimentary revisions to perfect your design.

Yes, we offer international shipping for our wedding stationery. Wherever you are in the world, we can deliver the beauty of our designs right to your doorstep. Please note that shipping costs and delivery times may vary depending on your location.

Your invitations do not arrive assembled. White glove assembly is something we offer for an additional cost.
