  • Invitations:

    Timing is crucial when it comes to ordering and sending your wedding invitations. Here are some general guidelines to help you plan:

    1. Order Timeline: We recommend contacting us to begin the design process at least 6 months before your wedding date. This allows ample time for design consultations, revisions, production, and any additional customizations you may desire.

    2. Design and Production Time: The design and production process typically takes 4-6 weeks after finalizing the design and providing approval. Keep in mind that complex designs, special finishes, or large quantities may require additional time. It's always best to allow extra time in case of unforeseen delays.

    3. Sending Save-the-Dates: If you plan to send save-the-date cards, they should be sent 6-8 months prior to your wedding. This gives your guests enough time to mark their calendars and make any necessary travel arrangements.

    4. Sending Invitations: Wedding invitations are typically sent 6-8 weeks before the wedding date. This allows your guests enough time to RSVP and plan for attending your wedding. If you have a destination wedding or have guests traveling from afar, consider sending your invitations earlier (e.g., 12-16 weeks in advance) to give them ample time to make arrangements.

    5. RSVP Deadline: Set an RSVP deadline that is approximately 3-4 weeks before your wedding date. This gives you enough time to finalize the guest count, make seating arrangements, and communicate with your vendors.

    Remember, these timelines are just general guidelines, and it's essential to consider your specific circumstances and any other events or cultural traditions that may impact the timing of your invitations. It's always best to consult with us directly to determine the ideal timeline for your wedding stationery.

    Table linens:

    Timing is crucial when it comes to ordering your table linens as there are so many moving parts to the process of bespoke custom designed table linens for your wedding or event.  Here are some general guidelines to help you plan:

    1. Order Timeline:  We recommend contacting us to begin the design process at least 6 months to 12 months before your wedding date. This timeline also depends on how detailed your vision for table linens are.  If you just want customised napkins, 6-8 months is fine.  If you want customised tablecloths and napkins, 8-12 months before your wedding is required.  This allows ample time for the design consultation, the artwork and design aspect, revisions, any additional customizations you may desire (adding runners etc. to your order), production for samples, shipping samples, approvals, the final production of the linens, shipping of the finished product etc.  We work closely with your other wedding vendors to ensure cohesion in the theme and final look you want on your wedding day. 

    2.   • The following can be changed:

    • Font style

    • Envelope color

    • Printing method

    • Embellishments can be removed

    • Embellishments can be added at additional cost

  • Absolutely! We specialize in creating bespoke designs tailored to your unique style and vision. From colors and fonts to motifs and embellishments, we will work closely with you or your wedding planner to ensure your stationery / table linens reflect your personal taste and sets the tone for your special day.

  • Stationery:

    The minimum number of invitations that can be ordered is 50.

    Linens:

    For linens with designs, 15 is the minimum order for table runners and table cloths, and 30 is the minimum order for napkins.

  • Booking our services is a straightforward and seamless process. Here are the steps to secure your spot:

    Reach out to us through our contact form and answer the questions provided so that we can understand your wedding stationery and/or linen needs, preferences, and any specific design ideas you have in mind.

    We will create a detailed proposal outlining the scope of work, customized design options, pricing, and any additional services you may require. Once you are satisfied with the proposal, we will provide an agreement for you to review and sign.

  • To confirm your booking, we require a retainer payment as specified in the agreement. This retainer secures your spot in our design schedule and allows us to allocate the necessary resources to bring your vision to life.

    Our payment is structured in 2 parts:

    -50% non-refundable retainer at the time of booking

    -50% at the start of the production phase

  • Once the retainer is received, we will begin the design process. We will have an in-depth look at your vision and overall aesthetic to craft your dream stationery and/or table linens.

    You then have up to three rounds of complimentary revisions to perfect your design.

  • Absolutely! We understand that the wording and etiquette of wedding invitations can be a bit overwhelming. We are here to guide you through the process, offering expert advice and suggestions to ensure your invitations are both elegant and informative.

  • The design and revision stage typically takes 2-3 weeks. We will work closely with you, presenting design proofs and incorporating your feedback until we achieve the desired result.

    Once the design is finalized and approved, the production stage begins. Production times can range from 3-4 weeks, depending on the complexity of the design, the materials used, and the quantity ordered.

    We work with trusted printers and artisans to ensure the highest quality craftsmanship and attention to detail.

    It's important to note that these timelines are general estimates, and we recommend contacting us as early as possible to secure your spot in our production schedule. Factors such as detailed customization requests, additional enhancements, or peak wedding seasons may require more time. We strive to provide you with realistic timelines and keep you informed throughout the process.

  • Stationery and signage:

    While we do not offer the option to order individual sample stationery at this point, we understand the importance of experiencing the quality and variety of our stationery.

    During the design process, we will create a digital mockup that showcases your personalized stationery, allowing you to visualize how the final product will look. The mockup will give you a clear idea of the layout, colors, fonts, and overall aesthetic of your custom design. You will have the opportunity to review the mockup and provide feedback to ensure it aligns with your vision.

    Linens:

    Yes, we do offer the option to order a sample of your linens once designed etc. This is to give you a visual of what the final product will look like.

  • Yes, we offer international shipping for our wedding stationery and linens. Wherever you are in the world, we can deliver right to your doorstep. Please note that shipping costs and delivery times may vary depending on your location.

  • Your invitations do not arrive assembled. White glove assembly is something we offer for an additional cost.

  • In addition to wedding invitations, we can create a wide range of coordinating stationery items, such as save-the-dates, RSVP cards, menus, place cards, programs, day-of signs, including linen signage, and more. We believe in providing a cohesive and beautifully designed suite of stationery and/or linens to enhance your wedding experience.
